Cancellation Terms : Order once confirmed, cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy : Goods once sold, will not be taken back.
Delivery: Delivery will be made within 2 to 3 days after receipt of Order & payment as per T& C specified.
Warranty: All products are covered under CARRY-IN-WARRANTY only. All respective warranties are applicable for technical defects only. For all warranty claims, goods will be either repaired or replaced depending on the case. Electrical or physical damage will not cover under warranty. If product is modified / altered by customer, warranty is void with immediate effect.
For Sensors, controllers, LED drivers and electronic devices or cards the support and warranties are covered with respect to manufacturers terms and conditions.
Shipment related issues: Any Short-shipments, wrong-shipments or delayed shipments must be informed within 24-48 hours to respective sales team or claims cannot be accepted.
Binning issues: Please do not mix old and new orders in same project. This may cause color difference in LED color temperature.
Maintenance : Any maintenance or service-related issues in projects during warranty period is vendors responsibility.
